I am Ehsan Abedi, a WordPress developer and Flutter app developer based in Famagusta. I help businesses across North Cyprus get a website that brings in enquiries and an app their customers enjoy using, in the languages those customers actually speak. If you are planning a new website, want to refresh an old one or have an idea for a mobile app, this page explains what I offer and how we can work together.
Website design in North Cyprus
Your website is often the first place a new customer meets your business. I design and build modern WordPress websites with Elementor that look premium, load quickly on phones and are easy for you to update yourself.
- Business websites that present your services clearly and turn visitors into calls, WhatsApp messages and form enquiries.
- Multilingual websites with WPML: English, Turkish, German, Russian, Persian, Arabic or whichever languages your customers use, including a true right-to-left layout.
- Real estate websites with property listings, search filters, maps and enquiry forms. Read Real Estate Website Design: 10 Must-Have Features for the details.
- Website redesigns that keep what already works, including your Google rankings, and improve everything else.
Mobile app development with Flutter
With Flutter, one codebase gives you a native app for both Android and iPhone, with the same design and features on both. I build apps on a clean, well-organized architecture so they stay easy to grow after launch.
- Booking and appointment apps for clinics, salons, gyms and services.
- Ordering apps for restaurants, cafés and shops.
- Property and rental apps for real estate agencies and car rental companies.
- Apps connected to your website through a REST API, so listings, products and bookings stay in one place.

Speed, SEO and care after launch
A beautiful site only helps your business when people can find it and it opens quickly. I take care of on-page SEO, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and speed optimization, and I keep websites updated, backed up and secure after launch. You can read how I approach speed in How I Took a Multilingual WordPress Site to 90+ on Google PageSpeed.
Businesses I build for
Real estate agencies, restaurants and cafés, clinics and beauty salons, hotels and holiday rentals, car rental companies, schools and training centers, shops and professional services. Every business is different, so every project starts with your customers and your goals rather than a template.
Where I work
I am based in Famagusta (Gazimağusa) and work with businesses across North Cyprus, including Kyrenia (Girne), Nicosia (Lefkoşa) and İskele. Meetings can happen in person or online, and I also work remotely with clients abroad.
Real work you can see
I build and maintain a four-language luxury real estate website for a company in Famagusta, in English, German, Turkish and Persian with full right-to-left support, reaching 92 to 97 on Google PageSpeed for desktop. My articles on Flutter, app planning and WordPress show how I think about projects before a single line of code is written.
How we work together
- A free first conversation about your business, your customers and what you need.
- A written proposal with the pages or screens, the features and a clear quote.
- Design in your brand style, approved by you before building starts.
- Building in steps, with previews you can check on your own phone and computer.
- Launch, including Google setup for websites or store publishing for apps.
- Ongoing care whenever you need updates, new features or advice.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website or an app cost?
It depends on what it needs to do: the number of pages or screens, languages, features and integrations. After our first conversation you receive a clear written quote. App Development Cost: 9 Factors That Shape Your Budget explains what shapes the price of an app.
Can my website be in Turkish, English and other languages?
Yes. Multilingual websites are one of my specialties, including right-to-left languages such as Persian and Arabic. Each language gets its own address so Google can show it to the right people.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. WordPress with Elementor lets you change texts, photos, prices and news from a simple dashboard, and I show you how.
Should I start with a website or an app?
For most businesses the website comes first, because that is how new customers find you on Google. An app is a great next step once you have customers who come back regularly. Website Design in North Cyprus: 8 Essentials covers what a business website really needs.
